Returns and Exchanges
We strive to make our customers happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt, return the item in original, unworn condition and we'll send you another size or a refund. Original shipping costs (either Standard or Express Delivery) cannot be refunded.
To send back an item for a size exchange within 14 days, include the item, the "returns and exchanges" form (which can be downloaded from the Lulet website) and the invoice to the below address. Returns or exchanged items must be sent back in original packaging and mailed in a hard outer box to protect the Lulet box. A Lulet box that comes back to us crushed cannot be exchanged for a new box. We advise you to track your package as Lulet is not responsible for lost or misplaced items in the mail.
We will exchange the item for the same item in a different size (sorry, no design exchanges), but ask that there be only one size exchange per order. Please also note that no size exchanges can be made on glass rings as each is custom made upon order.

For credit card refunds, please allow up to 2 billing cycles on your credit card statement for the credit to appear on your account. If the original payment was a money order, we will send you a refund check in the mail.
