Shipping
Please note that credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing, and your order should be processed within 2 days. The authorization and verification ensures that the billing name and address match the information provided on the credit card.
At this time Lulet is unable to accept international orders or ship to international destinations or P.O. boxes.
Standard shipping will arrive in approximately 7-10 days after processing via United States Postal Service (USPS) ground service, insured. USPS deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Signature may be required upon delivery.
Express shipping will arrive the next business day after processing via Federal Express, insured. Please add $10 to the standard shipping cost for Express service. Orders must be placed by noon EST to be eligible for next day delivery and may require a signature upon delivery. Federal Express deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

Tracking your order
After ordering, you will receive two confirmation e-mails from Lulet:
The first e-mail (sent within 24 hours of ordering) will be sent to you as a receipt of your order and will contain a confirmation number.
The second e-mail will be sent after your credit card has been authorized and your information has been verified, and will confirm that your order has been shipped. It will contain the USPS tracking number (or FedEx number for Express delivery). Please keep this e-mail for your records.
To track your package, log onto www.usps.com or www.fedex.com and use your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information appears on their website.
Out of Stock Items
Lulet designs are popular and we occasionally run out of certain items. If an item is temporarily out of stock or discontinued, we will let you know on the website. Please e-mail info@lulet.com with any questions about items that are not in stock.
Packaging
All Lulet items are shipped in a Lulet box with the signature tulip logo and display a colorful ribbon.
Payment Options
Lulet accepts Visa and Mastercard. Lulet does not accept cash, personal checks, or CODs, but will accept money orders through the mail that includes the price of the item and appropriate shipping charges.
Sales Tax
Lulet, Inc. is required by law to charge 5.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to Washington, DC and 7% sales tax on all orders shipped to Tennessee.
